[ he is sitting cross-legged on the floor of his room, which looks far too luxurious for such a tiny space and very reminiscent of what his bedroom would look like back home — all thanks to the room style hologram he got a few months back. for a bum, he certainly is looking very comfortable in his surroundings, even if it's startlingly bare and impersonal for how many months he's actually been in this city. but then again, isn't that just his style?

taking the bag of treats from him (along with the curry because he is 100% expecting to have those too), he pats a spot on the floor indicatively. ]

[ the way the room looks is very Gojo. that at least is reassuring (and not at the same time but he won't dwell on that right now). ]

Yes, but give me one of the curries anyway.

[ he's tired from the shift (the good kind that comes with so-called honest work) but he wouldn't leave the other man to eat alone. besides, it feels like he hasn't seen Gojo in forever. ]

[ he hands over one of the curries to nanami before he pops open the lid for his own. ]

No. [ even in the worst mood, he can't stay cooped up for long. ] I went out to eat. Checked in on Yuji and Maki.

[ forever concerned about his students. the first time Nanami noticed, he'd been surprised and not at the same time. although Gojo can act bratty and annoy Nanami to no end effortlessly, there is never any malice behind it. and it's good for the kids. (does Gojo think of Nanami as one of the kids? surely not??? ) ]
